Ground waters poisoned with concentrated Cr6+
plume in is utilized to irrigate the soils of
this alfalfa field.
As a result thereof Cr6+ concentration in soils,
when frequent dust-storm occurs, the air is
poisoned with Cr6+
in excess of 0.14 µg/ft3
Currently, Chromium 6 [Cr6+ / Cr(VI) Particulates in air (must be applicable in any air, whether in a workplace, or
otherwise in any environment's area) is REGULATED at 5 micrograms per cubic meter of air (5 µg/m3) / 0.14
micrograms per cubic feet (0.14 µg/ft3)] [Stipulation: Workplace can be any place, any worker is working, even at home]
Since lawsuits against PG&E and Assessor/Tax Collector will be filed long before US EPA comes up with combined
MCL for water and PEL for air particulate, no further speculations by any one, in specific by a special interest, are
applicable in the Superior Court.
In fact, it is alleged, that US EPA, by combining regulations of water contamination with air, is attempting to serve
special interest, all to the detriment of the People's life, limb, safety and health. Not long from today, sooner than
10 years, when clusters of skin cancer are noticeable, then the People should seek the dismantlement of the
US EPA, on the legal ground of criminal conspiracy.
The People from Hinkley, California will not shut-up and just keep on dying from cancer and other deceases.
The People will fight for just and proper and environmental justice until the last drop of blood, and therefore no one
should assume that all is forgotten.
Scientifically speculating, on how much of Chromium VI should be in ground water's plume and in the air, as to the
legal limits, will not outweigh the true fact that many deceases found in the People of Hinkley, CA are as a direct
result of poisoned waters and air.
Obviously, thereafter the harvest, from the dry alfalfa field's soils, when frequent dust storms are occurring, then the
Cr6+ in the air borne particulates are in huge excess of 0.14 µg/ft3 . Such regulated small number in air density is
present even at just a breeze.
WHEREFORE, during thousands of dust storms, for the past 50 years, the Cr6+ particulate has being deposited in
multi layers, at these dry alfalfa fields, such as herein exhibited. When dust storm occurs, the air all around these
alfalfa fields, as far as 8 mile radius, all around, is also poisoned with Cr6+ particulate, in fact that is the entire
populated area for the town of Hinkley, CA.
