Expert Witness Retainment

 TOXIC TORT TOWNS organization has retained CALIFORNIA REALTY, a licensed by California Department of Real Estate
Real Estate Brokerage firm to provide Broker Price Opinion, commonly known as "BPO" and other comprehensive services.
In addition to, it has retained the professional, full service, Architectural Engineering firm PANCHEV CONSORTIUM and its
respective, licensed by the State of California principal Architect, Lic No. 25314, to provide "Replacement Cost Analysis",
based upon the industry's standard various index and matrix. Both professional firms are to assist, as an Expert Witness
in the valuation of real estate properties in the towns of Hinkley and Needles, California and to testify in court of law as an
Expert Witness, if subpoena. Reports generated by the two firms are construed as "One Expert Opinion" and opinions by
others shall not be disregarded, all in an effort to alleviate biased reporting. Reports generated are the basis for settlement
in a Superior Court action "Takings of Property Without Just Compensation", properties subjected to tort due to poisoned
with multi toxins real and other properties, since 1952, (over 60 years tort) by Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E).

Nick Panchev was admitted in Kaiser Permanente Hospital, Victorville, CA for tests, after he has ingested the
tap water, instead of drinking alcohol, or just rest during the weekend, (ground water from water well(s), proven
to be poisoned with the Hexavalent Chromium and many other Toxins, discharged by Pacific Gas and Electric 
Company (PG&E), since 1952 into the ground), all in an effort for the Hospital's laboratory to trace in his blood 
these Toxins by many  blood tests, urine test, not limited to multi X-rays of the entire body to detect Toxins in 
his lungs, that can cause Lung Cancer. [This is not a fiction, it has transpired and is an occurrence of true facts.]  
No one shall do such sacrifice, since such grave acts are for the purpose to prove Causation / Preponderance 
of Evidence within, pending filings, the lawsuits against PG&E, by the top trial law firm Callahan and Blaine.

About Nick Panchev



Nick Panchev, age 70, is dedicated to assist The People in this country with Environmental Justice and leave a legacy.
Highly educated, curriculum with BS in the cumulative of 8 years at University of Bratislava, Czechoslovakia, University
of Southern California and University of California Los Angeles, has resulted in receiving the credentials of a Licensed
Architect, Engineer, General Building Contractor, Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Appraiser, with private practice.
In addition to credentials and practice with milestone of projects, not limited to working for Southern California Edison
and processing Power Purchase Agreements solicitation to Pacific Gas and Electric Co. (PG&E) for Solar Thermal
with Storage Electric Power Plants, Mr. Panchev has accumulated 8 years of experience in law, while associated with
Mr. Harold Spiegel, Esq., a prominent attorney from Yorba Linda, CA, deceased at age 53, in addition to law courses.
Mr. Panchev was not a law clerk during his association with Spiegel, was instrumental in the highest level of tasks,
leading to substantial experience in the paralegal profession, in addition to all other credentials, experience/expertise.
His son age 34 is as well highly educated, UCSD and USC with same credentials and his brother is with MS and PhD.
As of 2007, Mr. Panchev has develop environmental justice investigatory organizations, contributed substantial capital
and resources and is currently working with the Superlawyers from major trial law firms, highly experienced and respected.
